This is Merremia dissecta, also known as Merremia, Alamo Vine, and Noyau Vine. These climbers are very drought tolerant and can grow up to 12 feet long. They like to live in full sun to partial shade where they produce gorgeous white blossoms with magenta, pink, and purple centers. In some places these blossoms are out all year long.
