This is Tabernaemontana divaricata, also known as Crepe Jasmine, Adams Apple, Butterfly Gardenia, Neros Crown, and Pinwheel Flower. Growing up to about 6 to 8 feet high, this plant likes to live in full sun or partial shade where it blooms repeatedly during the year, but is most beautiful from the middle of Spring until early Summer.
