This is Lycium barbarum, also known as Chinese Box Thorn, Barbary Matrimony Vine, Goji Berry, Wolfberry, and Duke of Argylls Teatree. This versitile plant can be grown indoors or outdoors. It likes to live in full sun and blooms from late Spring until the middle of the Summer. The ripened fruit is edible either cooked or raw and has a slight licorice flavor. The young leaves can also be cooked and eaten as a vegetable. Those same leaves can also be dried and used to make tea. USDA Hardiness Zones 6 to 9
